Sister Houses

Our sister houses are those communities who have a direct connection to us. Usually this means that they were founded by former LACW community members.

  1. I’m so happy to find your website, didn’t know you had one. That doesn’t mean much I guess but I’m usually pretty observant. Anyway, my point in posting a comment here is that I feel that you all at the LACW should know that the LACW, particularly the Agitator, was a key piece of the inspiration for the Vancouver Catholic Worker getting started back in 1997. The house (Samaritan House) will be 7 years old on 13 June and I’d like to think that you are our ’soul sister’. Peace! Sarah

  2. How nice to gather news of the Mother Ship from Liza’s recent visit!
