Raid On Occupy Los Angeles

Although the raid on Occupy L.A.occurred on November 30 – December 1, 2011, which makes this post very late (it is now April 21, 2012), nevertheless here are the PHOTOS of this historic event where LACW community members joined in solidarity with the occupiers on the night of the raid and were arrested with them.

Disarm Now Plowshare’s Activists Sentenced

The Disarm Now Plowshares activists who entered U.S. Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor to symbolically disarm the nuclear weapons stored there were sentenced on Monday at the Tacoma Federal Courthouse, receiving sentences of 6 months to 15 months confinement, plus one year supervised release.
