Jeff had an op-ed piece entitled “Surprised by skid row” published in the L.A. Times on Christmas Day. If you did not see it, here is the LINK.
Also, the December 13 issue of the Easy Reader magazine Beach (published for South Bay Beach Cities), ran a front page story about Jeff and the LACW. It was written by Ed Pilolla, a longtime friend who lived and worked with us for several months a few years ago, and is now married to former community member Alecia Stuchlik. I just read your article about Ernie. Do you know where he can be located or point me in the direction of where he can be found. I myself am a Alumni of Cathedral High School and we are a brotherhood. A couple of Alumni would like to help Ernie out anyway we can.
